Honey Lemon Tea and our morning…

For the past few days, I’ve been enjoying a new  “tea”.  It’s touted to be a natural detox and good for the skin. Some even claim that it aids in weight loss. I have it once in the morning (during school with the kids) and once in the evening during dinner prep or after the kids go to bed.  Very soothing, relaxing and very tasty to boot!  Thought I’d give it a try and see if their are any noticeable benefits.  I’ll keep you posted!  Here’s the recipe if you want to give a try along with me…

    Oh I love tea parties. I think we need to have one soon too. I will have to try that tea. Do you happen to know how long before you should see results?

    Anna, I’m not really sure. According to the responses on the recipe, some people see results within a week. I will say that I’m seeing some results on my skin. But could be coincidence I suppose. It really is tasty I think…. Give it a try and let me know how it works for you!
