Hello and Welcome!
I’m Brandy…. I am a wife of 12 years to my high school sweetheart Kris. I’m also a homeschooling mom to 3 wonderful chldren, Aidan 8, Lilianne 6, and Sarah 4….Oh! and currently “baking” #4…a boy! We’ve lived in NC for the past 3 years and love it. Yes, I drive a minivan and No, it doesn’t bother me in the least! Inside that minivan are snippets that tell the tale of my life…toys, books, craft/decor magazines, yarn, handmade bags, paper and pens and a multitude of crumbs and lost socks. I carry many handles in this crazy but meaningful life…among those are Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Friend, Teacher, Crafter, Blogger, Thrifter, Repurposer and Chief Animal/Bug Identifier. Yep, all me. But above all else, I am Wife and Mom. And that pleases me. I AM a Minivan Mom.

well, I’m a FT mom – planning for our nxt vehicle purcahse w/n 2-3 yrs – looking for ppl running minivans on veg-oil….happened upon yr blog…..in response to yr posts about healthy/unhealthy “convenience snacks and the outrageous prices….we haven’t paid normal prices for any of this stuff in yrs
check-out the Salvage Stores around NC – we have them here in KY and I found some around PA (largely owned/run by the Amish) …anyway – 50% – 75% discount prices GREAT GREAT GREAT deals on the BEST organic/healthy stuff/CEREAL, etc. – overage from conventional groceries that they can’t sell

Our friend runs his car on veg oil.!! I didn’t know about that until this summer.
I am having a love/hate relationship with my minivan which is sooo dirty from my three boys which is embarrassing beyond belief.
